PT. Lautan Tenang Jaya is an education company that is specialized in safety, survival and skills training. We offer a range of client focused training programs designed but not limited to the offshore oil & gas, maritime, renewables and other general hazardous industries.

We are a member of a global training network, Maritime Training Center International, which assists us with keeping up-to-date with the latest education programs, training techniques & equipment and industry developments.
In The Beginning
LTJ Training was founded in 2014 and started in 2015 with the construction of a purpose-built education facility in South-Jakarta. The facility was completed in June 2017 and is equipped with the following features:
• Large swimming pool
• Helicopter Underwater Escape Training (HUET) module
• Man-riding certified gantry crane
• Fixed frame Davit and lifeboat (TEMPSC) system
• Fire Fighting facilities and Smoke house
• Confined Space training module
• Medical clinic
• 3 air-conditioned classrooms
• Shower / locker rooms
• Coffee break facilities
LTJ Training obtained OPITO approval in January 2018 for the following courses:
• BOSIET / T-BOSIET
• FOET / T-FOET
• HUET / T-HUET
Other OPITO courses will be added shortly after.
Our workshop, where most of our education programs are conducted, is strategically located near the South Jakarta toll road and can be reached conveniently by public transportation, private vehicles or motorbike. The currently under development Mass Rapid Transportation system will have a station within walking distance, which is estimated to be completed in 2018.
Besides having fully qualified and experienced paramedics on site as well as a well-equipped clinic, we also have formal agreements in place with first rate hospitals in the vicinity for full medical services.
If accommodation is required for course participants, the area hosts a variety of hotels, all within easy reach of our workshop.
